The "Passes for Programs" project aims to connect youth programs to our state's vast State Park system. By providing complementary Discover Passes to youth serving agencies, we hope that all young people in Washington have low-barrier access to our Parks. Passes for Programs is a project of Riverside State Park Foundation.

Application Requirements for consideration:

• Organizations must be a registered nonprofit.
• Organizations must serve youth 5-24 years of age.
• Organizations must be located within a 20 mile radius of either Mount Spokane State Park or Riverside State Park and within Washington State.
• Organizations must own the vehicles used to transport youth to and from State Parks. Vehicles must be properly insured, registered in the State of Washington, in legal working condition, and operated by qualified personnel. Vehicles must be able to transport no more than 15 passengers.
